Common symptoms

These are the classic indicators:

  • Grease leaking near the inside of the front wheels
  • Grease sprayed on the inside of the tire or wheel
  • Clicking or binding that changes with steering angle
  • Excess play or roughness when rotating the hub/wheel

What usually needs attention

A proper service refreshes seals, bearings, and wear items so you stop leaks and restore smooth operation.

Why it matters

Ignoring leaks can lead to contamination, wear, and bigger repairs later.

  • Keeps grease where it belongs and debris out
  • Protects bearings and expensive components
  • Improves steering feel and reduces mess

Best way to get the right parts list

Parts can vary by year/series and previous modifications.

  • Send your series/year and symptoms using the Part Request. If you have photos of the leak area, include them.
