Symptoms you should not ignore

If you notice any of these, inspect ASAP:

  • Pulling to one side under braking
  • Grinding noises or metal-on-metal sound
  • Soft/spongy pedal or pedal that sinks
  • Vibration/shudder under braking

What to check first

A quick inspection can narrow down the fix.

  • Pad thickness and uneven wear
  • Rotor condition (scoring, heat spots, thickness)
  • Caliper function and slide pins
  • Brake fluid condition and leaks

What a ‘full refresh’ includes

A refresh often restores confidence and consistency.

  • Pads/rotors, inspect calipers, replace worn hardware
  • Brake hoses if aged/cracked
  • Fluid flush and bleed
